Krill oil is oil from a tiny, shrimp-like animal. Baleen whales, mantas, and whale sharks eat primarily krill. In Norwegian, the word “krill” means “whale food.” People extract the oil from krill, place it in capsules, and use it for medicine. Some brand name krill oil products indicate that they use Antarctic krill. This usually refers to the species of krill called Euphausia superba. It is used for heart disease, high levels of certain blood fats (triglycerides), high cholesterol, high blood pressure, stroke, cancer, osteoarthritis, depression, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and painful menstrual periods.
Krill oil contains fatty acids similar to fish oil. These fats are thought to be beneficial fats that decrease swelling, lower cholesterol, and make blood platelets less sticky. When blood platelets are less sticky they are less likely to form clots.

Fish is one best source of oil which is good for human heart. We have the so-called omega-3 oil and fish is the best source of this good oil. In human activities, heart always does the very important functions and this is the part of human body which makes one on the go. When one feels some irregularities in his or heart, he or she might have a heart failure.

There are now health experts who consider that an inadequate supply of the Omega 3 fats in our diet is one of the most serious health issues confronting our generation. And studies are showing that a low level of the Omega 3 fatty acids in our diet is as serious a health problem as other high risk issues like a high intake of the trans fats, or a low intake of fruit and vegetables, or the use of alcohol.
In fact the range of health conditions which may be either prevented or positively impacted by increasing the amount of Omega 3 in the diet is enormous. In some cases the evidence to support this conclusion is overwhelming, for example in the case of heart health, and in some cases it is still not fully clear whether or not more Omega3 in the diet will help prevent or ameliorate the condition. In the case of many of these health conditions scientific research is ongoing.

Our heart is the center of the human body. They say that this is the last part of the body that functions before one dies. After few seconds of death, human heart is said to be on its function.
There are few steps for us to do in order to achieve a stronger and healthier heart. These steps are under our control and anytime, we can do them depending on the mood we have.

The first thing we should do is to limit the intake of cholesterol. Of the possible changes, limiting how much saturated and trans fats you eat is the most important step you can take to reduce your blood cholesterol and lower your risk of coronary artery disease. A high blood cholesterol level can lead to a buildup of plaques in your arteries, called atherosclerosis, which can increase your risk of heart attack and stroke.
Next is to choose low-fat protein sources. Lean meat, poultry and fish, low-fat dairy products, and egg whites or egg substitutes are some of your best sources of protein. Fish is another good alternative to high-fat meats. And certain types of fish are heart healthy because they’re rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which can lower blood fats called triglycerides.

According to the US researchers, napping can boost brain power. This is done by clearing out the brain’s temporary storage space so it can absorb fresh and new information. Researchers also mention that the clearing process happens during the particular stage of sleep.
An hour’s nap will dramatically boost and restore brain power. Thus, it will not only refresh the mind of a person but can make you smarter.
“Sleep doen’t only right the wrong of prolonged wakefulness but, at a neurocognitive level, moves you beyond where you were before you took a nap’, according to the lead investigator Dr Matthew Walker, an assistant professor of psychology at the University of California, Berkeley.

Rhabdomyolysis-Induced Renal Failure is one of the main causes of kidney failure that affect ten thousands of people every year. This condition is caused commonly by trauma or crashing injuries, drug abuse and intensive care.

Today, this painkiller has been discovered to be reducing the damage caused to kidneys following severe muscle injury and proteins such as myoglobin will escape into the bloodstream and are deposited in the kidneys, which generate free-radicals that can damage cells and induce renal failure.

The data from two clinical trials in Rakai showed male circumcision reduced also the incidence of HIV infection. HPV can cause cancer and genital warts.

“This new research confirms the substantial health benefits of male circumcision, including reduced acquisition of HIV, genital herpes, HPV and genital ulcer disease”, according to the researchers too.

Another reason for the odd result with syphilis could be the low statistical power of the analysis (presumably because of low numbers of syphilis cases) said the researchers, making it difficult to draw a firm conclusion about syphilis and circumcision.
